The World Poker Tour Amateur Championship is an annual event held in the spring/summer each year. This event is held over multiple days and typically hosts a variety of ancillary cash tournaments leading up to the main event through which participants can qualify to play in the Main Event.

WPTAPL League Providers around the world qualify their best players to participate. The goal, to find the best amateur players in the world and hand them their shot at the big time. The WPTAC will award multiple WPT event seats, WPTAPL cruise vacation packages, WPT Boot Camp entries, cash and more!!
