Mexico Paradise Getaway Travel Packages Official Rules and Regulations

The Mexico Paradise Getaway Travel Packages are being awarded through region specific events and tournament series starting 04/01/08 and will be continued while supplies last.

ELIGIBILITY:
Promotion only open to legal residents of the United States 21 years of age or older, except where prohibited. Promotion is not open to employees of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, or their immediate family members, or to employees or immediate family members of any WPTAPL affiliated entity, licensee, advertising or promotional agency or sponsor. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

HOW TO WIN:
Attend any local special event, or qualifying WPTAPL event to advance to the final event, where a Mexico Paradise Getaway will be awarded. These packages will be awarded through a variety of methods to be chosen by the local Sanctioned League Owner. Check your local region page for news on how these vacation packages are being awarded in your area.

PRIZE CLAIMS:
To claim your travel you must contact the reservation line on the voucher you receive. WPTAPL is not responsible for any travel arrangements for the winners of any travel promotion. No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at WPTAPL's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. WPTAPL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any taxes or travel expenses not expressly covered by the travel package are the responsibility of the winner.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless WPT Enterprises, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Promotion.

In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).
