MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket Official Rules and Regulations

The MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket program (“Promotion”) begins 05/15/08 and ends 11/30/08 or while supplies of Scratch Tickets last.

ELIGIBILITY:
Promotion only open to legal residents of the United States 21 years of age or older, except where prohibited. Sweepstakes is not open to employees of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, or their immediate family members, or to employees or immediate family members of any WPTAPL affiliated entity, licensee, advertising or promotional agency or sponsor. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

HOW TO PLAY:
Scratch off MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket obtained from a WPTAPL Tournament Director as you exit an event during the promotion period (as supplies last). If MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket indicates you are an Upper Level Prize instant winner, you win/receive the prize indicated, subject to verification, as described below. If MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket indicates that you have won “MyAPL Rewards”, you will automatically have a Second Chance to win an additional prize during the verification process on the WPTAPL website at www.wptapl.com. The odds of winning a prize are 1:1, all tickets are winners. All odds are approximate.

You may obtain an official MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket (without participation in a WPTAPL free event, while supplies last) by attending any regular WPTAPL scheduled event and ask the Tournament Director for a free ticket, or by sending a photocopy of a legal form of identification displaying your date of birth and a SASE to: MyAPL Rewards Scratch and Win Promotion, WPTAPL, 900 George Washington Blvd, Wichita Kansas 67211. (VT residents may omit return postage). Requests must be postmarked by 09/01/08 and received by 09/31/08. Limit one request per outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced/photocopied requests accepted. WPTAPL is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, postage due mail/requests or prize claims. All requests/claims/submissions are WPTAPL's property and will not be returned. Please allow 4-6 Weeks for delivery.

See below for redemption information. No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at WPTAPL's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. WPTAPL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any taxes are the responsibility of the winner.

PRIZE CLAIMS:
To verify your winning ticket, you will need the “Ticket ID Code” on your MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket. Visit www.wptapl.com, log into your MyAPL Page (or create one for free at www.wptapl.com) and follow the online instructions to validate your ticket. Once you enter the number online, you will receive an official online confirmation for your prize at the website. If you have won an Upper Level Prize (not MyAPL Rewards), you will then be contacted via e-mail within 30 days, to the address provided on your MyAPL Member Profile, by WPTAPL Member Service with further instructions on claiming your prize.

Winners will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, and return the original, complete winning MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket (no copies or mechanical reproductions accepted) and the affidavit to WPTAPL within 14 days of date notice is sent or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. If prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.

SECOND CHANCE:
Each time you enter a Ticket ID Code on your MyAPL page for validation you may be prompted to view additional messages from local and national partners offering you additional prizes and opportunities. These 2nd chance prizes and offers are good only while supplies last, may be restricted to certain areas and are void where prohibited. All offerings are the responsibility of the sponsor and WPTPAL is acting only in the capacity of promoter.

THIRD CHANCE DRAWING: All claimed prizes will be awarded. Any prize not claimed by 11/30/08 will be awarded in a second chance random drawing to be conducted on or about 12/30/08 by Sponsor. To enter, send a plain 3 X 5 card, with your name, mailing address, email address and phone number to MyAPL Rewards Third Chance Drawing, 900 George Washington Blvd, Wichita Kansas 67211. Each entry must be mailed separately and postmarked by 10/01/08. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Odds of winning the third chance random drawing depend upon the number of eligible entries received and unawarded prizes.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless WPT Enterprises, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Promotion.

In accepting the prize, the winner, and any guest(s), acknowledges that World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this prize(s).

All MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Official Rules and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way or (c) contain printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. WPTAPL’s liability for MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket containing printing or other errors is limited to replacement of such MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket with another eligible MyAPL Rewards Promotional Scratch Ticket, while supplies last. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of sweepstakes materials/mail submitted to WPTAPL. WPTAPL and its affiliated companies and agencies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this promotion based upon any such error without liability and at their sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws apply.
