WPTAPL Cruises promotion Official Rules and Regulations

(“Promotion”) Begins on January 1st, 2010 and continues thereafter until promotion is altered or cancelled at the sole discretion of WPTAPL.

ELIGIBILITY:
Promotion open to all WPTPAL members, except where prohibited. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.  Void where prohibited.

HOW TO PARTICPATE:
All WPTAPL Cruises are offered through Getaway Easy Travel. Contact Getaway Easy Travel or WPTPAL to book passage on any cruise currently listed. Click on the web banners to see what cruises are currently being offered.

BENEFIT CLAIMS:
WPTAPL has been offering 2 poker cruises a year for the last 4 years. In 2010 we hope to start adding to that roster.  We currently do a spring cruise and a fall cruise and encourage everyone to be on the lookout for more!  WPTAPL cruises are typically aboard Carnival Cruise Lines and range from 3 to 7 day cruises. We visit great ports of call and while in International waters the cards are always flyin!  We operate a private card room for our members only.  We will accommodate almost any game the players want to play although we do list a schedule of events as well.  We offer tournaments and cash games with buy-ins ranging from $20 to $100. With our staff of dealers and Tournament Directors WPTPAL has all the experience necessary to make sure that whether it is your 1st or 50th cruise, you will have the time of your life.

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the determinations of World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League, which shall be final. Unless prohibited by law, entrants agree to allow use of their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission or notification.

No prize substitution or cash redemption, except at WPTAPL's sole discretion or as otherwise provided herein. WPTAPL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Any taxes, or other expenses incurred are the responsibility of the winner.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless WPT Enterprises, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League and its officers, directors, employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this Promotion.

In accepting participants acknowledges that World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting or using this benefit.

Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of materials/mail/e-mail submitted to WPTAPL. WPTAPL and its affiliated companies and agencies are not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may rescind, cancel or revoke this promotion based upon any such error without liability and at their sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws apply.
